Executive Committee* Chair: President Members: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Secretary, Treasurer, Fundraising and Special Events Chair, Programming Chair, Marketing and Communications Chair, Community Relations Chair, Recruitment and Retention Chair, Social and Professional Networking Chair Purpose: Responsible for ensuring the organization’s overall goals are met and strategic plan is implemented. * Members of the executive committee are elected. Programming and Special Events Committee Chairs: Fundraising and Special Events Chair, Programming Chair Members: Programming and Special Events Committee Members Purpose: Plans, organizes and implements professional development programming, fundraising and special events for WIPA. Communications and Outreach Committee Chairs: Marketing and Communications Chair, Community Relations Chair Members: Communications and Outreach Committee Members Purpose: Committee tasked with increasing visibility of WIPA, developing community relationships, and developing targeted marketing and communications plans to support WIPA initiatives. Membership Committee Chairs: Recruitment and Retention Chair, Social and Professional Networking Chair Members: Membership Committee Members Purpose: Committee tasked with acquiring new WIPA members, helping to ensure existing members are engaged, and creating events or programs to help members develop professional and social relationships. |
